The Santa Barbara Herb Clinic will only use the information we collect about you for internal use. We will use your e-mail address only when we are confirming your Internet order, informing you of any changes on your order "such as shipping issues" or notifying you of changes and additions made to the site. We do not make our mailing list available to any 3rd party.

All transactions processed online are handled with industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption. This means that when you have entered your credit card number and personal information into the order fields, your order is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form.

When we retrieve this information it is also over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. Your informtion is then used to process and fulfill your order. Your financial information does not remain in the system long. After 30 days your personal information will be deleted from the commerce server.
